Product Quality

All Western DataCom products are manufactured to ISO 9001:2000-certifications, all printed circuit boards are assembled to IPC-610C Class 2 standards; and every unit goes through a 100% functional test prior to shipment. We put such a high level of quality on our products that every product manufactured by Western DataCom is backed by a 12-month warranty that includes free technical support for the life of the product.
